The Story of Greatwood, Texas — The Neighborhood That Grew Up With Sugar Land

Greatwood grew up with Sugar Land — a master-planned community of trails, lakes, and hometown roots. This week on Fort Bend Friday, we're telling its story.

Greatwood is one of Fort Bend County's best-known master-planned communities, and its story is tied to Sugar Land's own growth. Tree-lined streets, trails, and lakes give the neighborhood its character — and its hometown roots run deep.
